Cod Loins – Brush them with Cajun garlic butter and place them right on a 350° grill till flaky. Super easy and so good. Lemon-dill or lemon-butter works just as well.
Crab Cakes – Brush with olive oil. Place in a preheated 350° oven for 15 minutes (thawed) or 25 minutes (frozen).
Mussels – Place in a baking dish, sprinkle with garlic powder (optional) then heat them up at 300F for about 25 minutes. Serve with garlic bread or cheese toast.
Salmon Pinwheels – Thaw in the refrigerator until soft to touch. Place on a non-stick baking pan in a preheated 375° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Ahi Tuna Steaks – Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper. Melt butter with olive oil in a skillet at medium heat. Add peppercorns and cook until peppercorns soften and pop , about 5 minutes. Place the seasoned tuna in the skillet and cook 1 & 1/2 mins per side for rare. Tataki Dipping Sauce for Tuna Steak -1 green onion (chopped); 1 knob of ginger (grated or chopped finely); 3 Tbsp Ponzu sauce; 2 tsp roasted sesame oil; 1 tsp soy sauce; 1 tsp of toasted white sesame seeds. Mix all together. For 3 to 4 servings.
